Bag O' Bones

Human structure lives within a matrix of connective tissue, layers of fascia as sheer as silk. As we age, too often, we move as if frozen in a tangled web. The body needs freedom of movement for breath that is not restricted. Structural Integration awakens the rhythm of the breath and relases the binding quality of fascial layers, calming our inner war with gravity, healing injured limbs, and restoring natural balance.
